The best app you can ever have

I purchased this app. I tried to connect my bank so everything would be automatic. It took about 2 weeks to figure out that I needed the app’s help. The customer service was good, but could not help me. My bank is not compatible, even though they said most banks are. I asked for a refund since I can’t use the app like I wanted to. They refused to give me a refund because it was past 7 days. Buyer beware!

The app doesn't work on Mac :(

Useless Import doesn’t work. Small number of banks that auto sync. Way more trouble than it’s worth. Hard to trust an app with typos. I’ll pass.

I need a tutorial on how to use the app

Me encanta las funciones y me ha ayudado a ahorrar y tener claras mis finanzas pero si te limita un poco en ocasiones el tener el plan gratis y la suscripcion esta algo cara! Pero bueno igual me ha sido de gran utilidad.

O app free tem número limitado de lançamentos, ou seja, você só consegue lançar poucas despesas. Se não for comprar o app, não baixe.

Muito bom só não gosto do teclado e cartão não são junto. E relatório de subcategoria não imprimir junto

I’ve been using this app for years. Never had any problem. However, after this last update, it takes forever to open the dashboard. Soooo annoying!! Please, back to what you were before.

I’m premium and I’ve been using the app for years really good app, but now it’s so annoying, every time I open the app shows me a screen where I have to set a reminder for my expenses and then it takes so long to load and show your main screen.

Fiquei perdida no começo, mas depois que aprendi foi bom

I paid for a year subscription and supposedly it would sync more often between the app and the web version. It simply never did, my app shows values completely different than the web version, to the point that i gave up and deleted the app, since it is so horrible. I was still using the web version but now they blocked my access saying the free version is only allowed for 30 days and are forcing me to pay. They lost me as a client since when I paid I did not get the proper treatment and actually had more problems than ever.

I just downloaded and followed all the instructions to install the app from the platform from my company and it won’t allow me to login even though I didn’t even make it past the registration process.

The monthly balances don’t make sense. The balance on my phone app is different from the desktop version. The app is missing an account that I added on the desktop. Unable to add Biweekly income. This app has a lot of potential, the calculations just aren’t reliable.

Em tempos de Open Finance, não dá mais pra pensar em cadastrar despesas manualmente. Enquanto o Mobilis permite o sincronismo de algumas instituições financeiras, outras tantas estão de fora e mesmo as que estão não sincronizam por completo (Itau por exemplo não traz cartões). Outra falta importante é a possibilidade de cadastrar despesas divididas. Se eu paguei o condomínio (transação vem do banco), mas divido o apartamento com outro morador, gostaria de poder cadastrar um condomínio positivo (uma despesa negativa) para que o valor de fato gasto no condomínio seja ajustado. Em suma, o aplicativo é bom, mas no valor pedido, precisa evoluir um pouco mais.

Good app, but missing multi-currency feature.

Infelizmente a assinatura, na minha opinião, é muito cara. O app já foi muito bom, mas no modo gratuito para adicionar qualquer despesa você agora precisa assistir um anúncio. Ou seja, forçando a pagar o premium. Acabo de excluir. Que pena.

Depois de usar o aplicativo na sua modalidade gratuita (com propagandas) por umas duas semanas, simplesmente foi bloqueado o meu acesso à lista de despesas e receitas. Continuo com a possibilidade de entrar manualmente as minhas despesas e receitas (depois de assistir propagandas), mas não tenho acesso para revisá-las depois sem pagar o Premium. Assim, o aplicativo perde totalmente a sua utilidade na sua versão gratuita. Poderiam pelo menos dar a opção de assistir uma propaganda para ver a lista de despesas, mas não, a função está restrita. Se você não tiver a intenção de pagar pelo menos 200 reais por ano para o Premium para usar as funções mais básicas, nem baixa esse app.

I had the paid version for a long time. Then I went back to the free version. They limited everything you can do in the free version. Now the app is full of advertisements and very, very limited.

I used this app for 3 years, and now I’m not able to use unless I pay for the premium. Seems I’ll have to back to the paper control of finances how my ancestors did, because I can’t find a app like this haha It was good while it lasted, thanks. 49,99 a year makes difference on my finances 🥹

Hi, I am not able to get the sms import to work on the app. I copy the sms. I open Mobills. All what I get is a drop down temporary notification saying that “Mobills pasted from messages”. I can’t even click on the notification. I end up entering the details manually. Can you help?

5+ seconds animation upon startup of the app and it still doesn’t use that time to sync? Come on guys…

It is not for free as it used to be before. But it is an awesome app.

Been using since 2018. Bugs are annoying but nothing making it unusable. Very user friendly and easy to understand.

I use to love this app. But now they changed the free version.. I was happy with just using the free version but now you only get To enter in so many entries before it says you gotta pay now.. stupid.

La aplicación es increíble, Pero consideró como usuario que uno debe tener la opción de pago único en la aplicación al igual que el de suscripción. Esto es lo que falta en mi opinión

Sería muy bueno que en una próxima actualización, los presupuestos de tipo mensual pueda ser elegible su ciclo de inicio y fin entre meses. Ejemplo, que no inicien el primero de cada mes, sino de 25 a 25 del mes próximo.

It says it will give you a 7 day trial and then charge $49.99. It charged me immediately! I had only tried it for 10 minutes!

Great app

I signed up for the 7 day trial of their premium service and I was charged immediately. I tried to cancel the subscription via the App Store the same day (today)and was told that the cancellation would apply for next year! Crappy product and deceptive unethical practices

I just had $50 removed from my bank account because of an annual premium subscription. THAT I NEVER PAYED FOR. I need an immediate refund.

This app does what I need. Does the basic stuff really well. But free version is really limited. Don’t bother downloading if you aren’t going to pay for the premium. I had to pay for the premium version.
